    It's official now , with a signed lease and keys in hand , #257 Varet St. will be our new home . The months long search has ended with the discovery of this ideal space . Located in the Morgantown section  of Bushwick  Brooklyn , in one of the areas converted industrial buildings . This former industrial landscape has been organically  evolving into a dynamically creative environment for various artists . We feel ourselves to be very fortunate in finding this space that offers us so much more than we are leaving behind !
